Great article in the NYT here about foods that you should be eating for your health, but aren't.
They range from the obvious like Pomegranate juice and frozen Blueberries to the obscure like caned pumpkin.

4. Cinnamon
5. Pomegranate juice
6. Dried plums
7. Pumpkin seeds
8. Sardines
9. Turmeric
How to eat: Mix with scrambled eggs or in any vegetable dish.
